Who We Are

The charity currently has a board of seven trustees:

Mr Martin Henson (Trustee)
Martin is an accountant for Exeter University.

Mr Richard Palmer (Trustee)
Richard currently works for the local council and has significant experience in managing and training personnel, project management, and devising contracts.

Andy Marshall (Chairman)
Previously CEO with a regional law firm and extensive experience of successfully managing organisations through change.

Alizoun Dickinson
HR specialist with previous experience in the charitable sector and a track record of mentoring and coaching key players, as well as recruitment and performance management.

Graham Verrall
Governor at Dartmoor with a thorough knowledge of the prison service, the role of support services, and contacts at the highest levels.

Samantha and Karen are the founders of the Telephone Box Performance Company and have been instrumental in designing and implementing the work:

Qualified to degree level in Theatre and has been working with offenders since 2001


Karen Denning

Qualified to degree level in Music and has been working with offenders since 2001
